Effective and involving meetings
Employee surveys needed to be improved in a quality and safety department. Within 7 effective hours 20 people was
guided through brainstorm, structuring, prioritizing and action planning phases and was ready to tackle the challenges.

Teamwork
A stock department had major problems with team cooperation. In two intensive days the 25 employees learned to
understand and translate their diversity into benefits through collaborative exercises and communication training.

Communication
A production company which had been through mergers and acquisitions wanted to optimize and align their internal
communication. A six month proces was designed with focus on linking every communication channels to business strategy.

Presentation and improvisation
Product Specialists in nails, screws, brackets and diamond drills learned to communicate their product news in an
interesting way to dealers and end users by intensive training in voice communication, presentation and improvisation.

Facilitering of processes
An engineering department was transformed into a headquarter for several subdivisions. Within six months they learned to
shift focus from detail and instruction to motivation and delegation by using an appreciative and facilitating approach.
