In October 2009 Sandra Greve trained the first 16 Vestas Team Leads in the newly build tower factory in Pueblo, Colorado.

The Team Leads were trained for five intensive days in:

• knowing yourself and your role
• leadership
• communication
• building teams
• managing difficult situations
